Spring City Heritage Day

Taken from Deseret News:

Block for block, house for house, there may be more historical buildings per capita in Spring City, in Sanpete County, than anywhere else in the state.
The city celebrates that fact with its annual Heritage Day celebration, which takes place this year on May 23. Festivities include breakfast, an art and antique sale, a home tour, lunch and more.
Tickets for the home tours cost $10 for adults and $5 for children and are sold at the Old Spring City School and Main Street Firehouse.
Funds benefit preservation and restoration efforts in Spring City.
A silent auction, called "Art Squared," will be held at the school, where patrons bid on 1-square-foot paintings done by Spring City artists, including Osral Allred, Lee Bennion, Susan Gallacher, M'Lisa Paulsen, Doug Fryer, Kathleen Peterson, Cassandria Parsons and others.
In the past few years, another feature has been added to fund-raising efforts called the "Spring City Suite," a collectors' series of 10 hand-pressed prints by select artists, limited to 35 editions, and preserved in an archival box.
This year is the third in the series, and there are still a few older suites for sale.Breakfast and lunch are held at the city bowery as a fundraiser for the local LDS ward.
Additional artwork will be available for sale in the Old School and in local galleries.
Spring City is off Highway 89 between Mount Pleasant and Ephraim.
